Fall Begins, Schoharie Creek, Catskill Mountains, Jewett, New York

Bright fall leaves color the mountains and meadows by Schoharie Creek in Jewett, New York, part of Catskill Park

I swam these creeks as a child, climbed these mountains. Smells of petrichor and ripe apples call me home.
